That is why we have adopted an approach of securing, developing and maintaining the relevant QMS accreditations for each of the core high-value engineering markets we supply.
We aim to achieve the above by maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) that complies with the international standard ISO 9001:2015.

BHD aims to continually improve the products and services we provide to meet our client’s requirements and to produce finished work that we can justifiably be proud of whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved and maintained. When we receive a customer complaint, we are committed to investigating it and doing everything possible to resolve it.
